"Side by side configuration error" for spatially explicit simulations

Users running spatially explicit simulations may experience the following error when doing a run: “This application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect”. This is caused because TELSA - the simulation engine for spatially explicit runs - requires the correct assembly for "Microsoft.VC80.MFC" and it is missing from the computer exhibiting this behavior.
